The Above room rates are nett and are inclusive of tax and service charge:-

- Optional Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on December 24,2008 : THB. 3,500 nett per person , Children 5-12 THB. 1,750 per person.
- Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner on December 31,2008 : THB. 6,500 nett per person , Children 5-12 THB. 3,250 per person.

The above room rates are inclusive of :-
- A-la-carte breakfast at The Kitchen Restaurant.
- Personalized welcome & farewell drinks.
- Tropical fruit basket on arrival.
- Daily newspaper.
- Access to fitness center.
- Late check out subject to availability.

Extra privilege for Jacuzzi villa & Pool villas :-
- Private roundtrip Krabi airport transfers.
- Tropical fruit arrangement , replenished daily.
- Compliment minibar with a selection of beers , soft drink , mineral water and snacks replenished once a day.
- Daily English high tea served at the Living Room cocktail bar from 13.00 - 17.00 hrs.
- Cocktail bar serving in living room open from 18.00 - 24.00 hrs.
- Late check out until 18.00 hours , surcharge, subject to room availability.

Children Policy :-
- Maximum one (1) child below 12 years old sharing the parent's room using sofa bed furnished in the villa is free of charge .
- However , breakfast for the child is chargeable at Baht 350 nett per person per night.
- Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults and chargeable at adult price.

Check in & Check out time :-
- The standard check out time is 12.00 noon and check in time is after 2.00 p.m.
- For any booking that require a late check out up to 6.00 p.m.,a 50 % charge based on the contract rate applies.
- For Check out time after 6.00 p.m. , a full night rate will apply.
- Late check out is subject to room availability.
